Cancellation Policy

You are welcome to cancel a scheduled service within 14 days of receiving your order confirmation, provided your service is not due to commence in the next 24 hours.

If you wish to cancel a service more than 14 days after receiving your order confirmation (but prior to its expiry and provided the service is not due to commence in the next 24 hours), we can offer you a credit note for the amount paid.

If your service is booked to take place within the next 24 hours, you will not be entitled to a refund, we will endeavour to re-schedule at a more convenient time for you.
